so those records themselves become the evidence for IRB applications, final reports, and grant
settlement. Conveloq bundles these records per experiment and issues them as the documents below —
nothing for you to compile; download them straight from the experiment management screen.

Conveloq publishes recruitment only after IRB approval (or exemption confirmation). At the review stage, explain your recruitment method with the platform overview and privacy documents; after approval, registering the experiment issues the notice and description exactly as posted, proving consistency with the reviewed documents.

Participant personal data is provided only as per-experiment pseudonymous IDs, allowing cross-referencing between documents without exposing real names.
Documents that require real names, such as participation certificates, are issued directly by participants from their My Page.
